Heidi was very professional with her expectations and clear that she wanted our cozy session to be fun sharing our Story. My husband and I got to reminisce on our first time ever to meet, our proposal, dating, wedding and fun kiddo stories which we then got to share with her during our shoot....and while we shared our Story she captured US....we danced, laughed and got to kiss a lot! 😉We felt like we were on a date celebrating our Love...Heidi prepared us in the pre-session meeting and she produced during the session! "Working with Heidi was a very easy process. Even though I had many questions for Heidi prior to scheduling the "get to know you" appointment, she patiently answered all of them.
At our meeting we discussed the aspects of the photo session--my son's favorite activities, props he wanted to include, package choices, locations, and even his favorite songs/recording artists (she creates a playlist that we listened to during the photo session)!
One of my son's favorite activities is snowboarding, but we didn't think we could incorporate that very creatively into a senior picture in the middle of June! Heidi gave us some ideas about how she could shoot the picture, so it wasn't so obviously summer in the background! It ended up being one of my favorite portraits!
